Quilt is redefining HVAC with AI-optimized heat pump systems and a software-first partner network. As the Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic, you will own the partner channel, grow existing Quilt partners and sign new contractors, while traveling 50–75% of the time.

You will build a field-led playbook, collaborate with marketing, and shape Quilt’s regional strategy as you scale the channel across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development in HVAC/building products.
• HVAC fluency in heat pump systems and installation considerations.
• Existing Mid-Atlantic HVAC contractor network is a strong advantage.
• Self-directed hunter–farmer mindset with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Identify and connect with HVAC contractors and dealers in the Mid-Atlantic to become Quilt partners.
• Lead discovery meetings, present the Quilt Partner Program, and guide enrollment.
• Maintain a healthy partner pipeline and enroll new partners to meet targets.
• Travel to partner locations for in-person check-ins and sales coaching.
• Deliver product and sales training to partner teams.
• Monitor partner metrics and develop action plans for underperforming partners.
• Coordinate with marketing on co-op funds, leads, and assets.
• Exceed revenue and installation targets and document playbooks for the team.
