Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic to drive partner growth and regional revenue. You’ll travel regularly to coach installers and sales teams, onboard new partners, and manage a growing partner network across the Mid-Atlantic.

You’ll lead regional initiatives and contribute to a scalable playbook while representing Quilt to a broad base of HVAC contractors. You’ll leverage a hunter-farmer mindset, deep HVAC fluency, and an autonomous, on-the-road work style to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development in HVAC/building products or related trades.
• Real fluency in heat pump systems and their installation, and how they’re sold.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in the Mid-Atlantic is a plus.
• A hunter-farmer mindset with the ability to manage and grow accounts while prospecting.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and operate autonomously in the field.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: Build the Partner Base, identify and onboard new Quilt partners, manage a healthy pipeline.
• Farm: Own relationships with all regional partners, coach sales teams, and monitor performance.
• Drive regional performance: exceed revenue targets, document best practices, and share field feedback.
