Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic to own the partner channel across the region. You’ll travel 50–75% to meet installers and dealers, onboard new Quilt partners, and help grow existing ones with coaching and field support.

You’ll work with marketing to optimize campaigns, juggle pipeline, and build a regional playbook. This role offers strong base pay, variable incentives, and equity in a fast-growing HVAC innovator.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development.
• HVAC fluency with heat pump systems.
• Strong network of HVAC contractors/dealers in the Mid-Atlantic is a plus.
• Self-directed with ability to manage own pipeline and schedule.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Quilt's partner base in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Manage relationships with certified partners and coach sales teams.
• Travel frequently to partner sites for training and ride-alongs.
• Coordinate with marketing on co-op funds and campaigns.
• Document best practices and contribute to playbooks.
