Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic to lead our partner channel across the region. This field-based role requires heavy travel and a proven hunter/farmer sales mindset to recruit new contractors and grow existing Quilt partners.

You will train dealer teams, co-create playbooks with marketing, and drive revenue and installs while representing Quilt to HVAC contractors. A proactive, autonomous approach and passion for energy transition are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years in channel or territory sales in HVAC/building products.
• Fluency in heat pump systems and HVAC distribution.
• Existing Mid-Atlantic HVAC contractor network is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

• Build and manage Mid-Atlantic partner base; enroll new partners.
• Support and train partners; ride-alongs and field coaching.
• Manage partner pipeline and meet enrollment targets.
