Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic, focusing on growing the partner network and driving sales with HVAC contractors. You will travel extensively to onboard and support partners, coach sales teams, and lead region-wide growth initiatives.

The role combines hunter activity to sign new partners with farmer duties to expand current relationships, while collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize the partner experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel/territory sales or business development in HVAC.
• Fluency in heat pump systems and HVAC terminology.
• Existing Mid-Atlantic contractor network is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Entrepreneurial hunter-farmer mindset.

Responsibilities

• Hunt: Build the Partner Base across the Mid-Atlantic by engaging HVAC contractors and signing new Quilt partners.
• Farm: Grow existing partners through relationship management, field visits, training, and performance tracking.
• Drive regional performance: exceed revenue targets, document best practices, and provide field feedback to product/marketing/ops teams.
