You will own demand generation, pipeline development, and executive-level engagement with engineers, contractors, and wholesalers.

The role requires strong technical credibility in water heating equipment and HVAC systems, with 50-75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years selling technical/engineered products in HVAC, boilers, or plumbing/mechanical industry.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.
• Experience managing indirect/third-party rep networks.
• Experience coordinating across Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Support.
