Job summary
Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Intellihot in the Mid-Atlantic to drive demand generation, own the rep network, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win specifications and revenue. You will lead technical discussions, support engineers and contractors, and manage regional programs with Marketing.
Heavy travel (50-75%) is required to visit customers and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience selling technical/engineered products in HVAC, boiler, or plumbing/mechanical industries.
- Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs (not just quota/rep management).
- Experience managing an indirect/third-party rep agency network.
Responsibilities
- Own the demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL products across the territory.
- Set and track demand-gen KPIs (pipeline, spec win rate, funnel conversion).
- Partner with Marketing to design and execute demand-gen programs for trade shows, chapters, training events, digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with Engineering on technical support and product issues affecting demand-gen pipeline.
- Maintain CRM/funnel processes and report on pipeline and KPIs.
