Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Intellihot in the Mid-Atlantic. You will own demand generation, manage independent rep agencies, and coordinate with engineering, product and marketing to win specifications and grow revenue across the territory.

Travel 50-75% is required. Ideal candidates bring a strong technical selling background in HVAC/condensing tankless water heaters and a track record of building pipeline through targeted campaigns and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years selling technical/engineered products.
• Demonstrated experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.
• Experience managing indirect rep agency networks and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory demand generation strategy and pipeline growth for Intellihot/DHWL products.
• Manage independent rep agencies; set targets and coach performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Support to localize initiatives.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and report on pipeline and KPIs.
• Travel 50-75% within the Mid-Atlantic territory.
