Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager - Intellihot (Mid-Atlantic) to lead demand generation and manage the territory’s rep network. You will drive pipeline growth, engage engineers, contractors, and architects, and coordinate with Marketing and Engineering to localize programs for the Mid-Atlantic region.

The role requires deep technical fluency in condensing tankless water heaters and related HVAC equipment, with travel of 50-75% to support reps and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years selling technical/engineered HVAC or plumbing equipment.
• Experience managing indirect rep agency networks.
• Knowledge of commercial construction and engineered sales cycles.
• Ability to travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot / DHWL products across the territory and manage pipeline growth.
• Set and track demand-gen KPIs and report regularly.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and localize demand-gen programs for shows, training events, and regional campaigns.
• Identify market opportunities using competitive intelligence and incentive programs.
• Lead through influence with rep networks and internal partners without direct reporting lines.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and report on performance and KPIs.
