Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation, a leading supplier of plumbing and water delivery solutions, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Intellihot in the Mid-Atlantic. You will own the demand-generation strategy, coordinate with marketing and engineering, and manage independent rep agencies to grow pipeline and revenue in the territory.

The role requires deep technical credibility on condensing tankless water heaters and related equipment, plus a track record of building pipeline through

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience selling technical/engineered products in HVAC, boiler, water heating, or plumbing industries.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.
• Experience managing an indirect/third-party rep agency network.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization with cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and engineering sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Own demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL in the territory.
• Set and track demand-gen KPIs and report regularly.
• Partner with Marketing to localize and execute trade shows and events.
• Coordinate with Engineering on technical support and product issues.
• Maintain CRM/funnel and report pipeline and KPIs.
• Travel 50-75% within the territory.
