Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager – IH for the Mid-Atlantic region. You will own demand generation for Intellihot/DHWL, manage independent rep agencies, and coordinate with engineering, product management, and marketing to win specifications and revenue.

Applicants should have a strong technical background in commercial condensing or tankless water heating, plus 10+ years in engineered products sales and a proven ability to influence across organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience selling technical/engineered products in HVAC, boilers, or plumbing & mechanical fields.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs such as pipeline-building and campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Own the demand generation strategy and execution for IH/DHWL products across the territory.
• Manage independent rep agencies; set targets and review cadence.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Support to execute initiatives.
• Lead technical conversations with engineers, design firms, and large accounts; support sizing and pricing.
• Maintain CRM/funnel and report on pipeline and KPIs; support price management.
