Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Intellihot/DHWL in the Mid-Atlantic. You will drive demand generation, manage independent reps, and coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Support to execute programs that grow the territory.

You will lead technical discussions with engineers and contractors, preserve pipeline health, and report on KPIs while residing in the Mid-Atlantic region and traveling 50–75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of selling technical/engineered products in HVAC/water heating plumbing.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot / DHWL in the territory.
• Manage independent rep agencies and drive performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Support functions.
• Lead technical conversations with engineers, design firms, and large accounts.
• Maintain CRM/funnel and report pipeline and KPIs.
