Zurn Elkay is seeking an Area Manager for IH/DWHL products to drive demand generation and revenue growth across the Mid-Atlantic territory. You will own pipeline development, coordinate with engineering and marketing, and manage independent rep agencies to ensure program execution aligns with regional goals.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience selling technical/engineered products in HVAC, commercial boiler, water heating, or plumbing/mechanical industries.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs beyond quota/rep management.
• Experience managing an indirect/third-party rep agency network.

Aufgaben

• Own the demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL products across the territory.
• Manage the independent rep agencies, set targets, and coach performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to localize initiatives.
• Maintain CRM/sales funnel and report on pipeline and KPIs.
