Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks an Area Manager – IH for the Mid-Atlantic region. You will own demand generation for Intellihot/DHWL, manage independent rep agencies, and coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support to execute territory initiatives.

You will lead technical discussions with engineers and contractors, forecast demand, and drive pipeline growth while traveling 50-75% to support reps and customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling technical/engineered products in HVAC, boiler, water heating, or plumbing industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.
• Experience managing an indirect/third-party rep agency network.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization coordinating across engineering, product management, marketing and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL in the territory.
• Manage independent rep agencies; set targets and coaching cadences.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Support) to localize initiatives.
• Provide territory-level input on product positioning and roadmap priorities.
• Maintain CRM/funnel processes and report on pipeline and KPIs.
