ChristianaCare's MICU team is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Intensive Care Unit. The role is a Full-Time Flex (36 hrs/week) with a night shift and day shift rotations at Christiana Hospital.

You will provide expert critical care, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families during high-stakes situations. The ideal candidate brings BSN (ADN considered with BSN commitment), at least 1 year of acute care experience, and BLS (ACLS

• BSN required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years).
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).
