ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit is seeking a registered nurse to join our MICU team at Christiana Hospital in New Jersey. This full-time flex schedule includes 36 hours/week with night shift rotations and some day shifts to support patient care needs.

You’ll provide expert care for critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, advocate for patients and families, and use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
• Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
