Job summary

ChristianaCare's Medical Intensive Care Unit at Christiana Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Full-Time Flex schedule (36 hrs/week) on the night shift with day rotations. You will provide expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Join a multidisciplinary team, use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies, and advocate for patients and families. BSN is required; ADN may be considered with commitment within 3 years.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; ADN may be considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
