ChristianaCare’s Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Christiana Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Full-Time Flex night shift with day rotations. Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Join a collaborative team, partner with physicians and specialists, advocate for patients and families, and use advanced monitoring and treatment approaches to deliver life-saving interventions.

Qualifications

• BSN required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years).
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.
• Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
