Job summary

TwentyAI is partnering with a leading financial services organization in New York to hire an Infrastructure Support Analyst. This is a hands-on role delivering day-to-day IT and user support across a modern Microsoft environment.

You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, resolve technical issues, onboard new starters and maintain clear documentation for end users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support or Infrastructure Support role.
• Strong experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and managing Windows and iOS endpoints.
• Understanding of MFA and Conditional Access.
• Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) would be advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels.
• Experience working within financial services or another regulated environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, escalating where required.
• Set up and configure laptops, iPhones, iPads and other IT peripherals for new starters.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licences and distribution lists.
• Manage users and groups within Entra ID, including MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Manage device enrolment and policies through Microsoft Intune across Windows and iOS.
• Provide support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and troubleshoot user sessions.
• Build, image and configure endpoints, diagnose hardware issues and coordinate with external vendors.
• Manage the technical aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure support issues are appropriately tracked and resolved.
• Provide a high level of service to end users across all levels of the organization.
