Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership in New York, NY seeks an experienced IT Support & Cloud Operations Specialist to provide Tier 2/3 end-user support and help manage cloud infrastructure, focusing on Azure and Microsoft 365.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network issues while partnering with security and application teams to improve processes and reliability.

Qualifications

2+ years in IT support or related role.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune or similar tools.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, printer, and collaboration issues.
Act as an escalation point and drive issues to resolution.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
Manage onboarding and offboarding including provisioning and access management.
Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations and endpoint devices.
Support endpoint management activities including device provisioning and lifecycle management.
Assist with cloud infrastructure administration including VMs, storage, networking.
Perform system updates, patching, and device maintenance for security and reliability.
Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve recurring issues.
Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
