EY is seeking an Alliance Sales Executive to drive growth with Microsoft across Banking & Capital Markets. You will originate net-new opportunities, build pipeline, and close deals through deep partnership with Microsoft and EY client teams.

You will engage senior executives, shape go-to-market strategies, and embed AI-enabled selling practices to accelerate time-to-close while delivering transformative outcomes for BCM clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in professional services or tech.
• Direct experience selling to Banking & Capital Markets clients.
• Deep knowledge of BCM challenges and transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

• Originate net-new pipeline and exceed annual sales targets.
• Lead with Microsoft alliance partnerships and co-sell motions.
• Manage executive relationships and shape demand for EY-led pursuits.
