Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a National Alliance Manager for Microsoft to drive the partner strategy across Enterprise and Global segments. You will partner with Microsoft teams, execute GTM plans, and translate alliances into sales opportunities.

You will manage joint campaigns, funding programs, and KPI reporting, while enabling SHI sales through partner-focused training and collaboration. Remote work within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and strong understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Experience supporting partner co-sell motions and alliance programs.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Microsoft partnerships within SHI Enterprise/Global segments.
• Drive partner planning, campaigns, and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage pipeline, reporting, and funding programs to maximize growth.
• Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders and SHI sales teams to convert opportunities.
