Job summary

Blue Bird Corporation seeks a Senior Specialist, Microsoft 365 to lead the implementation, administration, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365 across the organization. You will serve as the internal SME for Microsoft 365, partnering with IT, HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other functions to maximize value and drive productivity, security, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years implementing and adopting Microsoft 365 tools in a business.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident; work eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Drive updates, releases, and feature adoption with testing and rollout plans.
• Partner with leaders to identify needs and propose Microsoft-based solutions.
• Develop governance standards for tools, permissions, and data retention.
• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
• Create training materials and adoption resources for employees.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power Automate and Power Apps.
