Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development in web, web service, API architectures, and cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 engineering in large-scale environments supporting 5,000+ users and cloud migration initiatives.
• Experience defining architecture standards, governance, roadmaps, tenant configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Experience designing security controls, compliance solutions, automation, monitoring, and operational reporting.
• Experience owning platform operations, service standards, vendor oversight, escalation point for complex issues.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Powershell).

Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements from architecture/environment diagrams and remediate design gaps.
• Review and transform security solutions into cloud infrastructure designs.
• Establish relationships with key technology vendors and influence future product releases.
• Design self-healing and fault-tolerant cloud services using best practices.
• Develop cloud computing templates and guidelines; document application design guidelines and cloud resources.
• Lead infrastructure as code projects and mentor junior engineers.
