Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association seeks a senior technologist to lead the Microsoft 365 platform, aligning architecture with business goals and ensuring secure, scalable operations across hybrid cloud environments.

You will drive automation, governance, and strategic direction, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with vendors to support large-scale migrations and platform modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect, engineer, and secure cloud-based Microsoft 365 environments.
• Lead platform modernization and tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid-to-cloud transformations.
• Define architecture standards, governance, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
• Develop automation for security tooling, vulnerability remediation, and operational reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive vendor oversight.
