Job summary

Talent is partnering with a leading global financial services organization to hire a Microsoft 365 Cloud Technical Lead. This senior, hands-on leadership role blends architecture, engineering, automation, and platform ownership across a global Microsoft 365 environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering or architecture experience within large enterprise environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / MDM.
• Exposure to Microsoft Graph, Terraform, GitHub/IaC, Log Analytics, and KQL.
• Experience designing and simplifying complex or hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Ability to operate as both a technical architect and hands-on engineer.
• Comfortable owning large technical initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Experience within financial services or other business-critical platforms is valuable.
