Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a working manager to lead the team responsible for Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agent enablement, and related digital workplace platforms. This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical engagement in tenant administration and governance.

You will own the strategy, service portfolio, and adoption outcomes across Microsoft 365 services, ensuring service health and effective collaboration controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace, collaboration platforms, Microsoft Copilot, AI agent enablement, enterprise architecture, or technology operations.
• 3+ years of formal people-management or equivalent team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agent enablement, and related digital workplace platforms.
• Own Microsoft 365 strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption outcomes.
• Oversee architecture, administration, and operations for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related services.
• Provide hands-on escalation support for tenant configuration, Copilot readiness, and service health.
• Establish standards for collaboration, content, workflow, automation, and data handling.
