Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to support a mature 365 environment for 26,000 users. You will partner with the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to manage licensing, governance, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, and the Power Platform.

You will engineer solutions, automate processes, and drive platform improvements that boost collaboration, security, and user experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment.
• Ability to administer Entra ID, tenant configuration, and licensing governance.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot security policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, user/group management, and tenant configuration.
• Manage licensing strategy, entitlement governance, and cost optimization.
• Configure and govern SharePoint Online and OneDrive including permissions, site architecture, retention, and external sharing.
• Administer Microsoft Teams including policies, provisioning, governance, and integrations.
• Engineer and implement Microsoft 365 platform enhancements for scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Design and implement 365 solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft 365 capabilities and lead PoCs, testing, and deployments.
