Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Associate for the Enterprise Workforce Platforms team to deliver client-facing consulting on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Entra ID, and related cloud technologies. You will assess environments, shape solution strategies, lead implementations, and support adoption and governance with clients.

You will collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes while contributing to business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering or consulting on Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
• Design and implement SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct tenant assessments, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance capabilities.
• Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Create technical documentation, migration plans, and client deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide remediation recommendations.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Participate in proposal development, solution design, and pre-sales activities as needed.
