Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical field.
• 24 years of field service experience in microscopy or analytical instrumentation.
• Proficient with diagnostic instruments (DMMs, oscilloscopes) and Windows OS.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of systems per factory specs and provide Training to users.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose root causes, verify repairs against benchmarks.
• Provide remote and on-site customer support; document issues for continuous improvement.
• Calibrate components and apply upgrades to ensure reliability and throughput.
