Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows operating system configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of microscopy systems; provide User Familiarization training.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; diagnose root causes and validate repairs to performance benchmarks.
• Build and maintain relationships through responsive communication and hands-on customer training.
• Provide remote support to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
• Calibrate components and implement upgrades for reliability and throughput.
