Job summary

Lunova Group in Miami, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Representative – Construction to develop new elevator installation opportunities. You will identify projects, build relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and building owners, and drive opportunities from lead to contract.

This role requires 1–2+ years of B2B sales in construction or related fields, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to read architectural drawings.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in B2B sales or outside sales focused on construction.
• Experience developing proposals or managing bids.
• Ability to read architectural drawings or specs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads in the Miami market.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract.
• Review drawings, bids, and proposals; present solutions; negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with operations and sales support to confirm project scope, pricing, materials, labor, and schedules.
• Maintain CRM records and track proposals to meet sales goals.
• Travel to customer meetings and construction sites as needed.
