TK Elevator in Miami, FL is seeking a Sales Representative for New Installation. You will lead pre-bid efforts, generate territory leads, and present bids to clients, coordinating with architects, contractors, and property managers. A Bachelor’s degree and elevator industry experience are preferred.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, knowledge of local elevator codes, and the ability to develop capital plans while meeting branch revenue goals.

Formación

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-bidding activity design and assist, presentations, learning and teaching workshops with design community.
• Territory lead generation and maintaining market relationships to sustain TKE presence.
• Understand TKE product lines for design professionals, architects, and property managers.
• Develop capital plans addressing short- and long-term building needs.
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, building managers and owners in pre-bidding.
• Create quoting and bidding packages from project plans/specs; review specs with operations for accuracy.
• Review project schedules and site conditions for logistics.
• Present bids to customers and explain cost factors, emphasizing value of TKE equipment.
• Follow up on proposals and manage the sales pipeline via CRM.
• Collaborate with operations to define Scope of Work and changes as required.
