Job summary

TK Elevator in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for New Installation. You will lead pre-bid activities, generate territory leads, and engage with architects, engineers and owners to secure profitable installation projects.

You will coordinate bids, present to customers, and manage submittals and change orders with operations and legal teams to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design pre-bid activities and assist with presentations and workshops.
• Generate and maintain territory leads and relationships to grow TKE presence.
• Explain product lines to design professionals, architects and managers; know local elevator codes.
• Develop capital plans addressing customers’ short- and long-term building needs.
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and building managers for bids.
• Create and review quotes and bids from project plans/specs with operations for accuracy.
• Present bids to customers and explain cost factors emphasizing TKE value.
• Follow up on all proposals.
• Negotiate SOW with operations and legal as needed.
• Generate submittal packages and change orders upon acceptance.
• Visit project sites as required and ensure needs/deadlines are met.
• Use CRM to manage the sales pipeline and assist A/R collections.
