Job summary

TK Elevator GmbH in Miami, FL is actively seeking a Sales Representative for New Installation. This role focuses on pre-bid activities, developing market relationships, and presenting compelling bids for new construction projects in the Miami area.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of elevator sales or related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to read architectural drawings. Knowledge of local elevator codes and CRM proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings/blueprints is preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-bidding activity design and assist, presentations, workshops with design community.
• Lead generation and market relationship development.
• Explain elevator product details to designers, architects, and property managers; know local codes.
• Develop capital plans addressing building needs; coordinate with architects and general contractors.
• Create quoting and bidding packages from project plans/specs; coordinate with operations for accuracy.
