Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and timelines.
• Engage customers in online chat context to resolve inquiries.
• Assist tickets for general inquiries, product support, and sign-up issues via phone/email/chat.
• Provide mail support tasks as needed.
• Handle escalations and assist with analytics and reporting as assigned.
