United States Digital Space LLC in Mexico is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential sellers onto our platform. This fully remote, high-intensity role requires building a pipeline, guiding onboarding, and supporting seller growth online, with evening and weekend work to connect with sellers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute feedback to product strategy in Mexico, and help scale the seller community as the company

Qualifikationen

• Based in Mexico with authorization to work locally.
• 2–3 years in sales or related roles.
• Strong sales, prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish; English proficiency.

• Identify and research high-potential sellers in Mexico.
• Build a strong pipeline and meet onboarding targets.
• Persuade sellers to join the platform and guide onboarding.
• Develop long-term relationships and support early success.
• Provide seller feedback to improve product and GTM in Mexico.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer support.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
