United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a GTM Recruiter based in Mexico to lead full-cycle hiring for go-to-market roles across LATAM, focusing on Mexico. You will build pipelines, map the market, and partner with hiring managers to drive growth.

This remote-first role requires strong sourcing skills, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse, and fluency in Spanish and professional English. You’ll join a globally distributed Talent Team shaping hospitality tech hiring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech company or agency
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders
• Proven GTM recruiting across Sales, Operations, and Enablement
• Experience with AI in recruiting workflow
• Fluent Spanish and professional English (written and spoken)
• Based in Mexico or another LATAM country

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle GTM hiring across Mexico and LATAM, including outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations and Enablement
• Execute competitor-focused sourcing to engage passive candidates
• Map the market to build a clear talent picture before outreach
• Support hiring in Customer Success and Technology when needed
• Partner with GTM managers to tailor hiring strategies
• Manage hiring processes in Greenhouse ATS and keep stakeholders updated
• Contribute market intelligence on LATAM GTM talent landscape
• Stay current on LATAM compensation benchmarks and hiring trends
