Thyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc. seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow copper and brass sales in the Cleveland area. You will service major accounts, monitor industry trends, and educate customers on company capabilities.

3–5 years in outside sales within metals or manufacturing is required, with CRM proficiency and a safety mindset. Local residency within 30–40 miles of Cleveland is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years outside sales experience.
• Experience in metals, materials, and manufacturing services.
• Proficient with computer/CRM systems.
• Safety mindset and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Identify key buying influences and build relationships with customers.
• Develop a market plan with measurable goals and action steps.
• Support inside sales on key accounts and projects.
• Schedule and conduct sales calls and visits to customers.
• Estimate product usage and participate in business unit planning.
• Deliver product and service trainings to customers and staff.
• Monitor pricing and report deviations to management.
• Communicate customer requirements to inside sales and operations.
• Suggest additions/deletions to product catalog and services.
• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
• Download and follow up on quotes and daily sales reviews.
