Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the Copper and Brass presence in the Nevada territory. You will service and develop customers, focusing on major accounts, and educate them on company capabilities.

You will monitor industry trends, coordinate with inside sales, and train customers and staff on products and services while pursuing growth opportunities in the region.

Qualifications

• Passion and purpose driven candidate with a team mindset.
• 2–5 years outside sales experience in relevant markets.
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
• Safety minded and compliant with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Identify key buying influences and build relationships with customers.
• Develop a market plan for the Nevada territory with measurable goals.
• Assist inside sales on special accounts and projects.
• Provide pricing insights and report market trends to management.
• Schedule and conduct sales calls and visits to customers.
• Train customers and internal staff on products and services.
• Communicate customer requirements to sales and operations.
• Maintain and update customer database and quotes.
• Monitor inventory and advise on advertising opportunities.
• Continually expand knowledge of products and services.
