Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to manufacturing teams, ensuring productivity and engagement.
• Promote safety, lead investigations, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate production execution, prioritize schedules, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain performance records.
• Partner with HR on hiring, training, and employee development.
