Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle within Chase Home Lending. You will help clients navigate mortgage products, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the team to deliver a superior customer experience.

You will guide and train branch teams, build relationships with customers, and promote mortgage loan originations while acting as a mortgage product expert with strong local market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and digital channels.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
