Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent for the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit in the United States. The role oversees complex security project construction from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, safety, permits, and site operations.

You will lead resource-loaded schedules, ensure on-time delivery, collaborate with engineers, and manage documentation like Change Orders and RFIs while driving quality and safety on high-stakes national projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electronic security projects over $500k
• Experience managing security projects as PM/foreman/superintendent
• Experience in the Security Industry
• Experience installing conduit and wiring systems
• Experience with Access Control and Video Management Systems
• Familiarity with scheduling, job cost reports, estimating, safety and QA processes
• Experience with scheduling, costing, safety, documentation, and QA processes.
• CPM scheduling experience.
• History of completing projects under estimated hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, scheduling, site safety, and permits
• Lead risk assessments and safety reviews and liaise with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain CPM-based project schedules and resource plans
• Prepare Change Orders, RFIs, Daily Reports and control documentation
• Collaborate with engineers on prefab processes and installation verification
• Maintain strong communication with GC, owner, and field teams
