Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in installation, integration, and testing of electronic security projects over $500k.
• Experience managing security projects as PM, Superintendent, or Project Foreman.
• Experience with access control and video management systems; CPM scheduling.
• Proficiency in reading plans, contracts, and SOWs; strong budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage security installation projects and budgets.
• Schedule projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors and design professionals.
• Direct and supervise field staff and mentor technicians.
• Monitor compliance with codes and review plans and SOWs.
• Provide weekly status updates to the Program Manager/Installation Manager.
