Job summary

New York Technology Partners in the United States is seeking an experienced MES Support Engineer to maintain and improve MES solutions in manufacturing environments. You will partner with shop-floor teams, ERP/WMS, and infrastructure to ensure stability and continuous improvement of operations.

You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, perform root cause analysis, handle data with SQL, and learn the TrakSYS platform to support future projects.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in manufacturing or MES environments.
• Experience supporting integrations between MES, ERP, WMS, PLCs.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, networking fundamentals, and application support.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and incident management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for MES applications and manufacturing systems.
• Monitor MES performance, ensure availability and reliability.
• Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate resolution with Development, ERP, WMS, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
• Analyze SQL Server data, resolve data discrepancies, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Support MES configurations, interfaces, and system enhancements.
