Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a skilled MES Support Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot MES solutions in manufacturing environments. The role involves working with ERP/WMS, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure stable MES operations and continuous improvement.

WIll learn TrakSYS and support deployments, upgrades, and validations. Ideal candidates have strong shop-floor manufacturing experience, hands-on MES exposure, and solid SQL/.NET/C# skills.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in manufacturing or MES environments.
• Hands-on experience with one or more MES platforms.
• Strong SQL and .NET/C# skills.
• Experience with integrations between MES and ERP/WMS/PLCs.
• Proficient in Windows Server & networking basics.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 1–2 MES support and incident management.
• Analyze databases, perform data queries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with ERP/WMS, Infra, and business teams to enhance MES.
• Support configurations, workflows, and system changes.
• Learn and apply TrakSYS MES for future requirements.
