Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a skilled MES support professional to ensure optimal performance of Manufacturing Execution System software and sustained client satisfaction. You will monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where needed to keep interconnected systems functioning as designed.

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance experience.
• 5 years of expertise with MES software (DELMIA Apriso preferred; also Rockwell, Siemens Opcenter, Proficy Smart Factory).
• 3 years of troubleshooting and customer support experience.
• Ability to travel periodically to US client sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems operations and identify issues for resolution or escalation.
• Provide ongoing support for MES software maintenance and optimization.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integrations and ongoing support applications.
• Provide testing, debugging support, and reporting.
• Offer user training and address end-user queries and ticket resolution.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
