Zusammenfassung

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced MES Support Engineer in Richmond, VA to provide Level 1 and 2 support for MES and manufacturing systems. The role requires strong SQL Server skills and experience with multiple MES platforms, plus collaboration across ERP, WMS, and hardware teams to maintain uptime.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in manufacturing or MES environments, proficiency in C#/.NET and web tech, and hands-on troubleshooting MES integrations with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifikationen

• 6-10+ years of experience in manufacturing, shop-floor systems, digital manufacturing, or MES environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter/Camstar, Rockwell FactoryTalk ProductionCentre, Apriso PAS-X, Syncade, Ignition, AVEVA MES, SAP MII/ME, Tulip, or comparable MES.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and data analysis/troubleshooting.
• Strong development experience using C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core and web tech (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience troubleshooting MES integrations with ERP (SAP), WMS (Blue Yonder or similar), PLCs, OPC servers; familiarity with ServiceNow.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 1 and 2 MES and manufacturing systems support with timely issue resolution.
• Monitor MES performance and ensure system availability for critical operations.
• Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Coordinate resolution with Development, ERP, WMS, Infrastructure, Network, and Business teams.
• Analyze SQL Server databases and data to resolve discrepancies supporting manufacturing execution.
