Job summary

Jvis USA, Llc is seeking an IT Manufacturing Support professional to oversee first-level IT support for the manufacturing environment, including MES (PlantTalk, Mattec, etc.) and plant automation equipment. The role emphasizes PM activities to ensure on-schedule maintenance and documented processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, rapid issue response, collaboration with IT and plant management, and participation in IT projects while pursuing continuous improvement and quality

Qualifications

• Requires at least a two-year degree or proven on-the-job IT technician experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of MES and manufacturing execution environments.
• Good understanding of networking, desktop OS, and ERP systems (CMS).
• Experience with automotive manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing environment to ensure availability of manufacturing systems.
• Provide quick response to issues and support manufacturing to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with IT and plant management; participate in IT projects as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvement opportunities; follow Team Charter & responsibilities.
