Job summary

Intern Worldwise Plastics LLC in Lewisburg, TN is seeking a MES & Manufacturing Systems Specialist to support MES operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement of shop-floor systems. You will partner with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, and Maintenance to ensure production data accuracy and traceability across MES, SAP, and SCADA.

Qualifications

Experience implementing or supporting MES in manufacturing and troubleshooting independently.
Understanding of production execution, material consumption, production reporting, quality recording, and product traceability.
Ability to investigate issues using application logs, basic SQL queries, or interface monitoring tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with operators, business owners, technical teams, and vendors.
Ability to communicate effectively in English during daily plant operations and clearly document issues and resolutions.

Responsibilities

Daily MES support and troubleshooting of access, terminals, production orders, and traceability.
Respond to production incidents, diagnose faults, and drive resolution.
Support data collection across MES, SCADA, and equipment interfaces.
Assist in new program and production line launches with SAP PP alignment.
Support shop-floor automation and logistics interfaces (AS/RS, AGVs).
Train users and maintain documentation to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
